Mailing list / Newsletter
1. How can I be added / removed from the mailing / newsletter / specials list?
Please login and click on the button "Update my details" and uncheck the box where it says "Newsletter". The newsletter was selected by you when you became a member, our default selection is to not subscribe you unless you have requested.
2. What sort of information will be sent out in the newsletters /specials?
Information such as promotions, new menu offers and operational hours updates.
Login issues
1. How do I recover my password?
If you are experiencing login issues due a forgotten password, try our password recovery page. Please go to the main login page and click on the link below the login button. It will prompt you for your current username and the answer of your identification question.
2. What is my username or password?
Your username is the username you selected when registering. If your registration was made by AAA (VIC), your username is the first name, a dot, and the last name provided, for example Wilson Smith , the username would be wilson.smith and the password the same as the username.
You can reset your password by logging in and clicking on the "Update my details" button or by using our password recovery system.
SMS / Email messages
1. How do I subscribe to it?
You must become a member to subscribe to SMS or email alerts, AAA (VIC) will be sending out messages informing a special discount applicable to you during a specific time. Non-members do not receive any communications from AAA (VIC).
2. How do I unsubscribe to SMS or Email messages / alerts?
If you wish to unsubscribe to SMS or Email alerts, you have the following options:
- Login, go to Update my details, then untick the box which mentions communications with AAA (VIC).
- Contact us by email at info@australianamerican.org
informing your mobile and email which you wish to unsubscribe
- Contact us by phone and we will remove you from the list.
The quickest way of getting your SMS / Emails disabled from communications from AAA (VIC) is the option 1, which is effective immediately.
